Shipping and Return Policy

    Shipping:

    • To ensure your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible, Pixie Lee & Co. uses shipping through United States Postal Services (USPS). The cost of shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $5 unless your total purchase is $100 or more after discounts then you will receive FREE Shipping.
    • The cost of shipping to anywhere not is the US is a flat rate of $20.
    • All order vary in shipping time. In stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Please check shipping times within the specific listing.
    • Pixie Lee & Co. is not responsible for:
      • Delays in shipping due to USPS
      • International Custom charges
      • Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS. At this point, please contact your local post office with information regarding your package. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer

    • Pixie Lee & Co. is not responsible for a package shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the address is listed correctly. Orders needed to be re-shipped will be at the expense of the customer. 
    • If you notice that the address listed is incorrect after placing an order, please email us at help@pixieleeandco.com. 

    International Consumers:

    • We are happy to ship to our international customers, but we cannot be responsible for any custom tax, duties and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s custom office for information regarding charges and rates to your package. We are unable to give information regarding international rates and fees, and advise that you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent.
